There's no way to see the contacts that are actually opening, clicking, replying, and booking meetings on sequences. This report is currently only helpful for evaluating the effectiveness of a sequence but it does not allow users to take action from Beitrag ansehen

It would be great if we are able to exclude specific pages from Sources in Traffic Analytics e.g. job listings and careers pages, as it would make our analyses more accurate by removing unrelated data when analysing where our leads come from.

Dear sir/madam, I would like to have a different chat window in hubspot. At the moment when a customer starts a chat with us from our website it shows up in our inbox where also e-mails are in. There is a different map for chats only, but that is Beitrag ansehen

Set up timout for live chat. When a customer does not answer the chat for a long time, he ends the contact by sending an automatic message. This way, the average service time is not affected.

It would be great if we could translate (previously) A/B tested pages using the "multi-language variation" tool. At the moment this is not possible and we would need to create a copy of the page and then create the multi-variation from that new page Beitrag ansehen

It would be great if our customers would be able to see an overview and history of all their tickets and including a ticket number, status, ticket owner name, title, and dates. So that they can go back to their tickets or see the status of their tic Beitrag ansehen
