I have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Currently, I'm pursuing an MBA in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Development. I work as a Customer Success Manager at OlaClick (YC W21). Previously, I worked at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Egypt and at IKA Brazil, focusing on international trade and sales from 2019 to 2021. Furthermore, I have knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, which allows me to efficiently manage customer relationships and develop more effective sales strategies. I have advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, and basic proficiency in Italian. I'm proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. I consider myself focused, goal-oriented, organized, and always eager to learn.
