It would be nice to have the ability to send a survey within a workflow. For example, create an if/then branch on if a contact attended a webinar. If yes, then it sends a survey asking for feedback, if not, then no survey is sent. Surveys should hav read more

Agree, we have a Support Pipeline and a couple status's that we don't want Surveys sent on but we can't do it as is. bummer!

We turned on our ChatBot the other day and now we are getting a ton of spam coming in through it that we cannot control the same way that we control inputs to CTAs/Forms via the captcha we have there. I have seen examples of where a form /captcha a read more
