Hi everyone, I have a problem with my workflow. I would like it to fire only when the Contact owner changes the status from Open to New. But despite this the contacts are still enrolled in other subsequent actions. How is it possible?

Thanks for your answer! The problem was a manually enroll that my sales owner did!
