Delete email addresses from contact record
I know it's seen as bad practice and I know why HubSpot doesn't currently allow it. But really guys, sometimes we actually do need to delete an email address from a contact record. I have historical contacts with important notes and history Beitrag ansehen

Use personalization tokens in chat
We're loving messages within Hubspot and the links to smart lists and 'Known Contacts'. Would it be possible to add some personalisation tokens e.g. [Contact first name] to the 'Welcome message'?

Major Improvements Needed for Hubspot Scoring
Please upvote this idea! Current Hubspot scoring is severally lacking compared to its competitors. Hubspots scoring issues are so large that I would strongly warn anyone from choosing Hubspot until they fixed how they score Contacts. 1.) All Beitrag ansehen
