Currently no mails from a ticket are shown in the activity feed of a company when the company has been associated after the ticket has been created. This is not a good UX since I always need to open the different tickets to see what is going on. As read more

We need the ability to filter activties by a date or date range so we don't have to scroll at all. Just enter a date or date range or use other filters that HubSpot has in place such as "this month," "last month," etc.

Sometimes I need to look for old attachments in a company account, for example when an offer was sent from a former employee of the firm. However there is no efficient way of searching through the attachments, but to go down a list one by one. Depen read more
