Currently the setting for users to edit contacts is an all or nothing deal. If you want your users to be able to edit a contact's phone number they also get permission to delete it. Would be awesome if you could remove a user's ability to delet Lire la suite

Must have. We have 140,000 companies and can't manage the 100s we have being deleted a day for some reason. Have to give us some limitations on users...Lire la suite

In trying to reassign company records associated with deactivated users in the CRM, I found that there was no way to filter by deactivated user name. Adding this feature would make it much easier to perform administrative tasks. Perhaps this shoul Lire la suite

We work with several different pipelines of HubSpot service tickets. We would like to set the default for displayed ticket properties based on the pipeline we're working with. For instance, we want to see our custom "Serial Number" field in our RM Lire la suite

This would be highly beneficial for our team to have the ability to do this on both deals and tickets. Please figure out how we can get this added.

I would welcome the ability to see tickets created vs tickets closed in a single report vs two separate reports. I want to have a bar chart of daily created vs daily closed to easily compare are we closing tickets out as fast as they are coming in. Lire la suite
