Currently the setting for users to edit contacts is an all or nothing deal. If you want your users to be able to edit a contact's phone number they also get permission to delete it. Would be awesome if you could remove a user's ability to delet read more

Must have. We have 140,000 companies and can't manage the 100s we have being deleted a day for some reason. Have to give us some limitations on users...read more

In trying to reassign company records associated with deactivated users in the CRM, I found that there was no way to filter by deactivated user name. Adding this feature would make it much easier to perform administrative tasks. Perhaps this shoul read more

I would welcome the ability to see tickets created vs tickets closed in a single report vs two separate reports. I want to have a bar chart of daily created vs daily closed to easily compare are we closing tickets out as fast as they are coming in. read more
