Different design for tickets / Contact / Deals
Tickets, contacts and deals pages have the same design. It's very confusing and causing a lot of mistakes, as agents leave a note in a ticket, when they think they are in a deal/contact and the other way around. It will be very helpful if each page read more

Add option to measure median for "time to first agent email reply" metric
I can measure the average time for the "time to first agent email reply" metric, but I can't check the median. It's very important to measure the median as well, as the average is very affected by exceptional emails.

Default email address for sending from CRM
Hi, I've my admin email address and I also have several other connected accounts. How can I do to set-up as default one of the "others" connected accounts instead of my Admin account? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me on this. read more

I really need this feature as well. It causes a lot of problems that I can choose what is my default email.
