Files API Uploading Blank Files NodeJS/AWS

Can't add tags to Knowledge Base
When trying to add tags to the Knowledge Base, I'm getting this error: Refreshing the page does nothing. Is this a bug? Has anyone else had this issue?

After clearing cache, and using incognito mode, I am still unable to create tags and the same error persists.
