In order to use the meetings tool, you have to use the Google Calendar Integration. Unfortunately, this syncs ALL meetings, including internal meetings that have no reason to be in the CRM and this generates inaccurate reporting. A couple of read more

When I book a meeting through meetings or in my google calendar, it shows up on the person't Hubspot profile. After the meeting takes place I want to go back and add notes to that meeting. If I do this, I have to save and send updates to everyone. read more

+1 - Need to have the ability to go in the meeting record, record the meeting notes, and not send meeting notes to attendees post meeting.

In a contact view, I can add column "Associated Company" but I cannot sort my contacts in alphabetical order by "Associated Company". How can I do this? I'd like to bulk add street addresses to my contacts, and that would be the easiest way to sort. read more
