How to log chat conversations similar to logging calls (no integration)

Hide contacts that asked to "postpone" until a certain date is reached

Filter not working properly for one specific contact
I have 2 views. One of them filtering by "Lead Status = Attempted to contact". The other by "Lead Status = Connected": Instead, there's a lead (Rosa) that keeps insisting in appearing to the 1st filter when it should appear in the sec Lire la suite

It seems hubspot maybe has background tasks running "clearing out" the badly projected events. I did NOT clear any cookies, I did NOT clear any cache...Lire la suite
