How to log chat conversations similar to logging calls (no integration)

Hide contacts that asked to "postpone" until a certain date is reached
I sell trips. Some contact is asking for a trip for this summer (say we are in february now). After some conversations they see it's better for them to travel in october and they want to "continue" our conversation in may. I understand I can read more

Filter not working properly for one specific contact
I have 2 views. One of them filtering by "Lead Status = Attempted to contact". The other by "Lead Status = Connected": Instead, there's a lead (Rosa) that keeps insisting in appearing to the 1st filter when it should appear in the sec read more

It seems hubspot maybe has background tasks running "clearing out" the badly projected events. I did NOT clear any cookies, I did NOT clear any cache...read more
