Live chat is a really powerful channel. It feels like a real lost opportunity that we can not make annoucements through the chat channel proactively. I.e. letting users know about new functionality or services or changes.

The only and most important field that we need from intercom to Hubspot is Last seen as this is a reference to customers usability (accessing their tools). Can you please make sure this field is mapped as well so we can better use the tools we have read more
