Edit default views in Help Desk
Currently, Help Desk allows creation of new views but it will be very beneficial if the deafult views can be customized as well.

Product updates BETA enrollment for single users
As of now, admins can enroll either themselves or the whole account in BETA product features. It would be beneficials if admins can choose to enroll single users only. Very often we would like to test a feature before enrolling the whole account. A read more

Marketing emails filtering
It would be very useful to be able to filter marketing emails based on whether thay are used in a workflow (for all the cases where one needs to edit already published email that is set to be sent by a trigger in a workflow).
