We have a lot of people saying that our meetings forms are broken and are unable to submit. however that's not the case. People need to scroll down to see the other fields to fill out but it's just not that obvious. this happens a LOT! read more

Can anyone suggest a hack to work around the limitation of not being able to edit the container size for the iframe when generating embed code for a "book a meeting" form? The default container size is not tall enough to view enough form fields with read more

Hi team! Posting on behalf of a customer. Meeting forms that are longer than a page and require scrolling could be more user friendly. Users will fill out what they can view on the page, not noticing the scroll bar or that there are other fields to read more

Please make meeting schedule pages full-length instead of fixed! Customers don't realize they have to scroll inside the box.

As a Super User, it would be great to have the ability to merge two or more conversations together. We often have several live chats and email trails from the same contact (regarding the same issue) and it would be great to be able to merge these to read more

HubSpot has a 'Close Ticket' button in their email reply to customers which closes the ticket once applied. Can HubSpot make this CTA ticket button available to customers?

Yes please. I wish HubSpots internal ticket system was also available for us customers.
