Receiving auto-response for marketing emails

Progressieve field for opt-in
In many instances, you can establish a logic wherein form fields are replaced with progressive fields if they've been submitted previously. However, this doesn't apply to the opt-in consent field. I'm seeking a method to display the newsletter o read more
