Ticket Reporting (Created Vs Closed)
I would welcome the ability to see tickets created vs tickets closed in a single report vs two separate reports. I want to have a bar chart of daily created vs daily closed to easily compare are we closing tickets out as fast as they are coming in. read more

Adding a Purchase order section to quotes
I think it would be great if there were a text box on the quote where the client can type the Purchase Order number that they wish to use for that quote. This will allow us to capture all account info in one go and also a signed PO number.

Add AI content assistant for 1:1 emails
With the current addition of the AI content assistant for marketing emails it would be an even bigger benefit to also add this to 1:1 emails for reps when emailing through HubSPot to help create better personalised emails for 1 on 1 engagement.

Marketing Campaign Tags - Similar to Deal Tags
Deal and Ticket Tags are a great feature - it would be so helpful for the Marketing Teams if we could also have a Campaign Tag feature that tags Campaigns by one or more filtered properties. E.g. Scenario being Tag all my Marketing Campaings that a read more

"Advanced" Sorting for All Records - particularly Contacts and Companies
Why in 2023 - with 2024 looming closer can we do advanced filters but not have an advanced sorting feature - particularly for Contacts and Companies? Don't get me wrong. I love HubSpot and everything you CAN do in the system. But Excel has had a read more
