If you do have them sort by "last used" please be consistent (lists, workflows, emails).Also include a search bar.

This really needs to be a dynamic list. You are adding more work for us if we have to create this list everytime we want to exclude them from a list....Leer más

Really need a "hard bounce" field on the contact record. Then we would not have to export it everytime we create a dynamic list.
