Improve Global Search
I think a more robust search functionality is mandatory, especially if you wish to compete with other mainstream CRMs. Issues: Current global search is limited to 30 returns, which is not useful. There is no way to add filters to narrow down read more

HubSpot Counts Email Opens by Sender too
Just noticed, that if I review the email I just sent to a prospect, that counts as a 'view'. Which means the whole 'track email opens and clicks' is useless as it doesn't tell me if the intended recipient opened it. Is there a way to exclude any use read more
