Right now if you want to merge company records and any of those are set as either a parent or child record, you have to first remove that relationship before you can merge them. When they are related to 1 or 2 companies that isn't too much of a Leer más

The sales team needs to be able to view a report that shows upcoming close dates for deal in particular stages. Ideally, it would be a report that would show the NEXT 120 days. Currently, the only options for rolling date ranges are for the L Leer más

Greetings, We opted into the beta for applying association labels between objects (e.g. Decision Maker, Advocate, etc. when associating Contacts to Deals). I'm wondering if there's a way to leverage these assocation labels in reporting as a Leer más

the new interface automatically 'completes' a task when you save it. Can you turn this off?? Tasks aren't necessarily complete when you save. For example, if i have a prospect I am following up with, I will use notes section to track my activities Leer más

I am having my team (Customer Experience) work with tasks in HS and we do several outreaches to the same client (i.e. 1 task for several different activities). When you log a call, make a call, send an email, the task gets automatically completed. Leer más
