the new interface automatically 'completes' a task when you save it. Can you turn this off?? Tasks aren't necessarily complete when you save. For example, if i have a prospect I am following up with, I will use notes section to track my activities read more

I am having my team (Customer Experience) work with tasks in HS and we do several outreaches to the same client (i.e. 1 task for several different activities). When you log a call, make a call, send an email, the task gets automatically completed. read more
