Add Email Template Folders To Contact Profiles
When sending a template through a contact's profile, it shows all templates. Please make it so the templates are placed in folders. This used to be a feature in HubSpot, and it looks like it was removed.

Make Placeholders required to send an email
It would be great if the personalization token type "Placeholder" could be required to be filled out before an email template can be sent. The description of Placeholders shows "Placeholder tokens must be filled out before sending a templat Beitrag ansehen

View Upcoming Birthdays
Hi, can someone help me figure out how to view upcoming birthdays? The birthday property date field is in Month, Day, Year format. Setting an Active List to show upcoming birthdays only works when the birthday is in the future. So, if I want to Beitrag ansehen

Email alert when it is a contacts birthday
Hi, I am wanting to receive an email alert when it is a contact's birthday. I have a birthdate field in the contacts side bar. I don't have access to workflows. How can I have these alerts set up?

Upcoming birthday report and workflow
Hi 🙂 We have a date field on the contact called birthday. We want to calculate the next upcoming birthday for each contact and show those in a report. Have not found a way to do this. Calculated fields do not work, workflows do not work. Beitrag ansehen
