In order to use the meetings tool, you have to use the Google Calendar Integration. Unfortunately, this syncs ALL meetings, including internal meetings that have no reason to be in the CRM and this generates inaccurate reporting. A couple of read more

At the moment, we can manually follow individual CRM records. That said, if I wanted to follow a list of contacts/companies/deals that might not be assigned to me, there isn't an easy way to do that. It will be really helpful if we are abl read more

Agree. Please implement JStocksdale's request immediately. It's not just an inconvenience -- it essentially renders the "follow" function useless.

There is no ability to l ist out all the records that you follow . Since you automatically follow contacts you own, you could filter by that to see the majority of what you follow, but there isn't currently a full list. It would be helpful t read more

I have started to follow a random selection of contacts/companies to track updates/lifecycle stages for a variety of reasons. There is currently nowhere to review a list of contacts that are being followed and no way to filter these contacts to an a read more
