Hi Our company are just in the process of adding the Sales and Marketing package to our Service Hub package. But I wanted to get a bit of a head start on looking at the automations, but I have only briefly seen the Sales Hub sections. read more

Hi I have sent up an automation, so when one of my team set up an onboarding ticket they get 6 tasks they must complete assigned to them. I was hoping to have that the tasks would be created when we changed a company status to Client and sel read more

Yes I think that is right, as the process would be after the welcome email has been sent - create new task for ticket owner - to do the next steps. ...read more

Hi Is there a way to stop our email icons and images from being saved into the company attachment section? And only save documents? It does not seem to save all of them, as that would be millions but we seem to have many of these: So we read more
