Have Whatsapp conversations logged in tickets
We are working with the Whatsapp Business (beta) Hubspot integration. If we create a ticket from a whatsapp conversation, the conversation is linked but not logged like an email in the ticket (transferring attachments etc.). This would be a helpful read more

Creating tasks from Conversation Inbox

Associate New Conversation to Existing Ticket within the Inbox
