Reset passwords for clients
It would be super helpful to be able to reset passwords for clients for their customer portal. Oftentimes, their password reset emails get lost in translation and it's a much easier customer experience for us to reset them for the client. Thanks!

Enable Ticket ID to display in subject line of all email comms within a ticket

duplicated elements in knowledge base template
