Automatic calculation of TAX (VAT) when creating quotes
Currently, we have to manually calculate the TAX amount when creating a quote. Ideally, we would set the TAX % and have the system automatically calculate the value (in the same way you can with a formula withing MS Excel). Benefits: Beitrag ansehen

Slack Integration with Messages (Chat)
It's challenging to keep the Messages app open all the time in my browser. It would be amazing if I could be notified of new chats in Slack. Even better would be the ability to hold the entire conversation right in Slack, with the option to sw Beitrag ansehen

Bulk actions in Conversations Inbox

YES! The current Inbox implementation is very basic, making it unusable for anything more than a simple messaging system.

Country code drop down for phone number in forms
We need to know the country code of all numbers submitted through our forms. It would be ideal if there was a country code drop down to select from that we could have on our web forms This is what HubSpot has on their forms on their website
