Chatflow for WhatsApp
Now that WhatsApp is available to connect on inbox it would be very useful to integrate a chatflow for WhatsApp, very similar to Facebook chatflow.

WhatsApp Beta Templates from Inbox
When a conversations is open via WhatsApp it would be nice to have the option to insert a WhatsApp Template from the "insert" button at the bottom. (Also the text format is lost whern using snippets with WhatsApp)
