Create ticket when composing a new email in the conversations inbox
I would like the ability to create a ticket manually, or automatically, when composing a new email from scratch in the conversations inbox. I already have automated ticket creation active for incoming emails. But in this instance, I would l read more

I'd like to request an in-app feature in Hubspot marketing email to print or export directly to PDF without reformatting the email.

My client services team needs this as well. Please add this feature from all emails, especiall relating to tickets.

Mark email as read
It would be great to use the Gmail tool, to sync 'read' status of emails back to Gmail, this way i can take action if i notice a new email in hubspot without having to also open up Gmail too

Mark conversations as read / unread
The sales manager reassigns the owner of the incoming conversations to different persons, but once you click on a conversation it is marked as read (the green dot disappears). In order to have some control of the conversations, it would be helpful read more
