Feedback zu einem Workflow
Hallo zusammen, ich versuche derzeit für meinen Kunden einen Lösungsvorschlag im Customer Support zuerarbeiten. Es geht darum, dass jedem "neuem" Ticket welches direkt einem Kontakt zugeordnet werden kann, ebenfalls die Deals zugeorndet werden. read more
