Notifiying When a Contact is Re-Assigned
Would love to see a notification setting that allows you to be notified by email when one of your contacts has been re-assigned to another person.

Typing notes without having to click the text field
I know this is a small thing, but when you have to make hundred of notes and log hundreds of emails every week, it does add up. It would be great if whenever you press create note or log email , you were able to start typing without ha read more
