Not sure why an email was resent (or posted) to an internal email
An email came from a client yesterday and was merged into a ticket as usual. Then today (I got a notification in Gmail), it showed up on a different ticket in a different pipeline (though related at the Company level). It's the exact same email (tim 続きを読む
