Track openings of Prezi presentation in Hubspot
We would like to track if customer opens the Prezi presentation. We are logging the opening of presentation, and how long they are watching it, and which pages. Is this possible to connect to CRM module, and get it on the company?

Counting openings of mail - when it is opened by myself
I would like to exclude my own openings of mails, in the number of openings of mail. I can then see if the customer has opened the mail. Can I have a setting that exclude my openings in the counting?
