Hi All, I wanted to get your opinions guys on upgrading from Starter to Professional HubSpot. We are a small company and on the part of receiving tickets we get around 5 per day on our normal days. 20 on peak. Can you share some insights, as Beitrag ansehen

Hi All, Just wondering if there is a way to send an automated response on tickets received on CRM which will also show on the thread. I've tried and tested automated responses however it doesn't show on supports' end that an automated respon Beitrag ansehen

how about the feature that shows the time the ticket was handled from the time that it was opened until the a response was sent? basically the handle...Beitrag ansehen

Hi All, I was wondering which part of settings should my boss look for to give me access to this part of the automation process. (Please see phot) I want to be able to automate sending an email whenever a ticket goes to "NEW" Thanks i Beitrag ansehen

Thank you so much. just to make sure the automated email will not be applied to emails sent on "inbox" and ONLY on "tickets" right?
