It would be awesome to set expiry to the feedback surveys we sent. It doesn't make sense to keep a survey that we sent months ago active. By that time, the experience may be different with different agents.

Sometimes users delete mails from Inbox and Tickets section. It will be a good option to add the ability to disable Delete function for some users.
