Dashboard cannot use date filter when using cross-reporting across contacts and companies
Hi, I created a report that used cross reporting across contacts and companies, and within the report I can add a date filter. However, when I add it to my sales dashboard, the date filter for the whole dashboard doesn't seem to affect read more

HubDB rearrange order
Hi We gathered our team members in a HubDB and have them displayed on our website. We would like to rearrange the order, e.g. make it alphabetical or change it from time to time. Is there a possibility? Thanks, Rahel

Auto-detect 'away' feature for chat
The messages feature is tough to manage in a busy office. I'm the only key contact for online chat. And I have various other duties. I'm often 'popping up' from my computer and forgetting to turn off chat. This is causing constant frustration read more

Front end drag and drop email builder
One for the most frustrating elements to Hubspot is the email builder. To have to build a template for an email that requires a slightly different layout just quadruples the time to make the email. Many other tools that we use in parallel with Hub read more
