Why can't you order list contacts by a-z?
The only column I need to re-order by is Company name - preferrably a-z, but anythign that groups all the contacts from one company in a list together. It's the only one which doesn't work.

Sort contact list from A-Z in column "primary company"
Hey, if i have list of contacts and i apply a filter and then I want to sort the contacts from A-Z in the column "primary company" it is not possible. In other columns you can sort but not in primary company. Am I having a wrong setting read more

Did you ever solve this? I'm having the same issue. I can sort by everything else apart from the one useful thing - Company.

Tracking URL creation failed
I'm trying to create URL tracking links with the Tracking URL builder, it's been working fine for the last hour and now I keep getting a red message with " Tracking URL creation failed" Nothing wrong with URLs or wifi. Any ideas? Is there a li read more

Update, we found via our social tab, that we'd reached our monthly bitly limit and that's why it wasn't working. We disconnected it until tomorrow so...read more
