How to create pop-up with direct link, not form

Feature to Manally Run the Duplicates Tool
It would be nice to have the option to either manually "refresh" or "run" the manage duplicates tool instead of having to wait for the "calculation date" to arrive. Either manually being able to run the duplication tool or being able to change the f read more
