As a sales organization, we tie everything back into Salesforce. Love the messages feature, but we have no mechanism to pull chat logs or chat metadata into Salesforce at this time. A mechanism to pull this data into Salesforce would be Beitrag ansehen

Right now, merging a secondary contact into a primary contact might reenroll the primary contact in workflows that have already been completed for the secondary contact. This does not make sense for workflows that are configured to enroll contact Beitrag ansehen

Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc. Something like t Beitrag ansehen
