I tried building a workaround using workflows but HubSpot stop you from doing this for some weird reason

Smart Rule - Showing a content block to some contacts, but not others
I don't really consider this an 'idea', but a basic requirement of Smart Rules (Dynamic Content). We should be able to use Smart Content to show content to certain contacts and remove that content for others that don't meet the criteria. At the read more
