Use personalization tokens within HubSpot Survey
Having personalization tokens within surveys would be a fantastic way to ask clients to rate their experience with their specific sales rep, or on the product/service they've received.

HubSpot Surveys Personalization
The idea is to be able to personalize the survey to show the contact's email like it happens in Google Forms, if the client is already registered in the data base it will automatically appears who is answering the survey.

Add logic to survey elements + dynamic pages
The ability to add a logic to survey questions, text fields, and other elements. The idea is that the visibility of these elements would depend on contact properties or other questions. Also different versions of a question would help a lot. For 続きを読む
