In-app Product Tours
We are currently on Intercom and it has tours built into their chat platform. I would LOVE for this to be a feature in HubSpot where we could fire the tours off from their knowledge base, inside the in-app chat, from emails, and so on and then we c read more

Adjust settings on 'Automatic Unenrollment' in 'Sequences'
I think it would be great to continue running a sequence even after a client replies. Right now after a client replies, they are automatically unenrolled from the assigned . I see how this can be beneficial, however, we should have the option to read more

I think Hubspot did it already according to one of my sales rep. Don't you have it in settings?

Ability to change columns for each list
It looks like once you adjust your columns in a list, they update the columns for all lists. It would really be helpful if we could change the columns for each list (or set a default) with the flexibility to change ad hoc.

Contact property - number of email opens (HubSpot Sales)
It would be great if we had a Contact property "Number of Email Opens" that we could filter contacts using it as well as add it as a column in Contacts view. As we have a trigger in the process to call a prospect, even if they are on a sequence, if read more
