On the Analyse tab for social media, is there a reason why the social channels are in a different order along the bottom on Interactions and Click reports to the other reports?
These days people buy from people. It would be great to not only be able to add the contact owners email signature, name and email as a personalisation token but also the contact owners headshot / profile photo.
I would like the abliity to create a smart rules in a feedback questionnaire. For example, a question only appears if a person chooses YES on the previous question to avoid the "If you said 'Yes' please answer the next quesiton" scenario. read more
