Instagram Reels and Stories

Agreeing with all of this! Reels are driving more engagement and impressions, but need to be able to schedule and analyze in Hubspot.

Instagram Reels
Hello! It would be very crucial to be able to post Instagram reels and therefore track them. This is a type of post that Instagram is prioritizing and not being able to post or track them is a reel (see what I did there!?) miss.

Reels and stories scheduling
We regularly use the reels funtions on both Facebook and Instagram platforms, however, have realised we are unable to schedule or publish these sort of posts through Hubspot. Given the growth of reels as a form across most social media platforms, it read more

Not just to schedule, but also to include in the analysis - currently engagement, but no impressions are reported!

Hubspot excludes reels related posts from Analytics
Hubspot posts that involve reels are not counted in overall metrics. Only posts not including involving reels are in Social Analytics reports. Note we dont post from Hubspot. As reels related posts are a significant portion of our posts, and we read more
