Add the ability to see all the threads related to a ticket in the customer portal. As is, if someone opens a new thread in a ticket, the previous thread disappears in the Customer Portal.

With the new folder tool, we are able organise Products into our Product Library. However, this would be much better if we are able to import Product directly into the folders. Typically, when using a Product import, we are importing a long lis read more

Our organization utilizes the auto create ticket for new email messages to help manage trends and reporting. While there are some canned reports for live chats, it is difficult to gleam WHY clients are chatting. To help rectify that, for now I have read more

Most fields should have this as an option, it's less about a specific field, its just that sometimes you just NEED to enfore data capture.

I work in a team spread across 4 different time zones. It would be helpful if each of us could have our local time zone associated with our HS profile and that would carry through when I'm scheduling activities or assigning tasks.
