Assigning chats based on language and agent availability

For the chatflows that are associated to the help desk. Does anyone have a solution for the following problem? I need to rotate a chat based on the availability of the agents (e.g. Person X speaks Dutch so he is the first person that will get read more

Make link on association card clickable

When you create a property that includes a link. For example company website. It is not clickable when you add it to an association card. For example company domain is clickable but unfortunately no other links are clickable.

Playbook availibility depends on the deal pipeline

Give the possibility to make playbooks dependent on the deal pipeline. For instance. Pipeline X show playbook 1 etcetera. Right now you only have the option to make the playbook recommended.
