We have revised the structure of the teams. With a property, you can see in which reports, workflows, forms etc it is being used. With a team I can not. This way, I can not easily change the teams to right ones within reports etc.

We are a sales organization and have hundreds of email templates inside of Hubspot. While there are reports that show the overall performance of a template, there is no way to dive into that data and see all the contacts who were sent that template read more

It would be helpful to have contextual info when a user finds an article not helpful so we can better understand what about the article was not helpful. It would be nice to know if the steps were confusing, if the title was misleading and they click read more
