Multiple date formats on date property in personalization
Hi HubSpot, Right now there is no way to change the date format on date properties in personalization on e-mails. The date property will always display in US format (mm/dd/yyyy). These dates can be very confusing and mislead europeans customers who read more

Webhook Triggers For Workflows
I would like to trigger Workflows with webhooks. An example use-case for this is when a text is received in Twilio, use that webhook trigger to add a note to the contact that with the text message.

Replies to forwarded emails trigger ticket status update
We've recently started using HubSpot Service Hub and have found it frustrating that when a customer replies to an email that we forwarded them from a ticket, this reply doesn't trigger automation to change the ticket status back to 'Waiting on us'. read more
