HubSpot Webhook Workflow Trigger Time
I'm considering recommending Ops Hub Pro to my client. They receive contacts into HubSpot via Zapier at the moment and the Zaps are too slow for their process. I'm thinking of recommending using a WebHook as a workflow trigger so that the data can read more

Don't automatically link conversations to deals

Search for Deals to Associate Emails to by Other Properties
When sending an email in the HubSpot plugin for Office 365, you can search any deal in the HubSpot portal by Deal Name, so that you can link the email you're sending to that deal. An email being sent could contain all sorts of things that would read more
